Lakeside Estate, Ghana’s leading real estate company, has been awarded the coveted Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) ‘Real Estate Company of the Year 2023’ for the third consecutive year. The company received this honour at the 35th CIMG Annual National Marketing Performance Awards, held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the Labadi Beach Hotel.
The company first won this prestigious award in 2019 and has now claimed the title for three straight years, from 2021 to 2023. In its citation, CIMG commended Lakeside Estate for its vision of becoming the most customer-focused real estate company in Ghana. The firm has grown by offering a diverse range of environmentally friendly, affordable, and comforting housing units, adhering to the Ghanaian building code.
“Undoubtedly, you managed to achieve these feats by providing housing units that suit and met the aspirations of the Ghanaian home dweller, who continue to tout you for a good job done,” the citation read.
CIMG further praised Lakeside Estate for creating variety in its services by developing a multipurpose sports complex that has significantly increased its brand awareness. The Water Park Project, the largest of its kind in any gated community in Ghana, was also highlighted for offering a wide range of sports activities for both adults and children. Remarkably, 96.7% of Lakeside’s customers chose the company because of these standout facilities.
“You undoubtedly remain the real deal for home shoppers. To this end, the CIMG unanimously confers on Lakeside Estate the Marketing-Oriented Real Estate Company of the Year, 2023 for the third year running,” the citation concluded.
