Lakeside Estate launches Lakeside Marina Water Park to enhance quality of life for residents and visitors

Ghana’s leading real estate firm, Lakeside Estate, has officially launched the Lakeside Marina Water Park, a recreational facility aimed at improving the quality of life for both residents and visitors while creating lasting memories. Speaking at the launch, Lakeside Estate’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Prince-Joseph Ayiku, highlighted the company’s vision to create a community that provides more than just homes. “Lakeside Estate began with the vision to build a community where families could find not just homes, but a lifestyle—one that offers tranquillity, security, and a strong sense of belonging. Today marks another significant milestone in our journey as a real estate company,” Dr. Ayiku said.

Dr Ayiku also assured guests of the park’s safety, revealing that the team had been trained to the highest standards. “From park attendants to ticket offices, we have trained personnel at every attraction to strengthen the safety of the park. We are committed to providing not just fun but a safe and secure environment as well,” he stated.

The launch event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Deputy Minister of Tourism Mark Okraku-Mantey, Deputy Director of Hospitality Ama Akoto, Municipal Chief Executive of Adenta Ebenezer Doku, Managing Director of Japan Motors Salem Kalmoni, and Director of Lakeside Estate Salah Kalmoni, among others.
