Isaac Dwimoh-Opoku, Managing Director of Orient Property Consulting, has called on graduate professionals entering the built environment sector to arm themselves with the necessary skills to excel in their careers. He emphasized that this is key to transforming the sector and boosting the real estate economy.
Speaking at the Real Estate Career Launch Pad 2024, a collaboration between Orient Property Consulting and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Dwimoh-Opoku stressed the importance of introducing graduates to industry best practices. He highlighted that the event aims to equip young professionals with problem-solving skills to drive progress in their organizations and countries.
“Our core values at Orient Property Consulting include excellence in service delivery, ethical standards, and continuous professional development—values that RICS has championed globally for over 150 years,” he said.
The event, which marked the first of an annual series, was tailored for graduates from 17 universities and technical institutions across Ghana, offering insights into careers in real estate, building technology, and other related fields.
