The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) will continue its series at the Pestana Hotel in Chelsea Bridge, London, before concluding in Accra at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge. This international event highlights the booming sectors of Ghana’s real estate, tourism, and lifestyle industries.
Under the theme “Diligently Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate: The Future of Property Investment,” the Expo offers attendees opportunities to connect with industry experts, explore investment opportunities, and learn about the growing property market in Ghana. With an increasing demand for luxury homes in areas like Cantonments, and Accra, the Ghanaian property market is attracting significant attention globally.
Co-organized by Anna and Victoria Agyekum of On Point Property Management Ltd, the Expo will feature panel discussions, workshops, and exhibitors from developers, financial institutions, and lifestyle brands. Attendees will receive practical advice on legal, financial, and estate planning for secure real estate investments.
Anna Agyekum expressed excitement about expanding the Expo across three continents, saying, “The Expo has become a trusted platform for buyers seeking secure real estate investments in Ghana.” Victoria Agyekum added, “Demand has grown significantly since our first Expo in 2017.”
The Washington DC leg is part of Ghana in DC Week, celebrating Ghanaian culture and investment potential, with partnerships from the Ghana Embassy in Washington DC and Beyond the Return. Access Bank (Ghana) Plc and Goldkey Properties are lead sponsors of this year’s Expo.
