Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo 2024 returns to Accra for grand finale

The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) 2024 is set to return to Accra on Monday, December 16, and Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at the prestigious Alisa Hotel, marking the grand finale of its record-breaking global tour. After successful editions in Washington D.C. and London, the Accra event promises to be the biggest yet, with registrations tripling since last year’s debut.

Themed “Diligently Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate: The Future of Property Investment,” the Expo is organised by On Point Property Management in partnership with the British High Commissioner and Access Bank Ghana PLC. The event aims to connect global investors, the Ghanaian diaspora, and local stakeholders to the country’s booming real estate sector, which is benefiting from Ghana’s 6.9% year-on-year economic growth in Q2 2024—the fastest in five years.

Since its launch in 2017, GPLE founders Anna and Victoria Agyekum have positioned the Expo as a transformative platform bridging Ghana’s property market with global investors. The event will feature industry experts such as Keith McMahon MBE (UK’s Deputy High Commissioner to Ghana), Evans Amoah-Nyamekye (Head of Diaspora Affairs, Ghana Bar Association), and Justice Barmia Yaw Kodie Oppong.
