ACCRA, Ghana – Aleph Hospitality, a Dubai-based independent hotel management company, has inked an agreement to operate The Pelican Hotel in Accra, marking the company’s debut in Ghana.
The all-suite boutique hotel, located in Cantonments, an affluent suburb of Accra, is poised to open its doors in June 2023.
Situated in a prime location, Cantonments is home to various embassies, shopping malls, dining establishments, and leisure facilities.
The upscale property, a mere 10-minute drive from Kotoka International Airport, boasts 134 suites and apartments, along with amenities such as a cafe, a specialty restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and meeting room facilities.
The Pelican Hotel stands out with its contemporary design and luxurious accommodation, earning recognition with three international architecture awards, including the esteemed title of ‘Best Architecture Multiple Residence in Africa.’
