The Greens Ghana achieves prestigious EDGE Certification from IFC

The Greens Ghana has officially received the Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. This milestone positions The Greens as one of the first fully EDGE-certified residential communities in Ghana and a leading force in sustainable real estate across West Africa.

The Greens Ghana incorporates innovative features such as 20% energy savings through passive solar architecture and efficient appliances, 30–40% water savings with low-flow plumbing and drought-tolerant landscaping, and a reduced carbon footprint by using locally sourced, low-impact construction materials.
